Pets in the car

Is there a way to turn off the internal alarm if leaving pets in the car - I have just been leaving the car unlocked when nipping into the shop if I have the dogs - 2019 GT line premium

There is a button by your right knee, but you'll have to read the manual to find out the method of doing it.

If you hold that button in until it shows a steady red light then you lock the car within 10 seconds........ (my dogs liked the alarm noise so much that as I walk away now they both howl loudly just to remind me what they and I are missing! )

My 2015 3008 doesn't have the button mentioned above to deactivate the interior volumetric protection.

Is there another way to proceed?
