Hi,
I am trying to update my software but whenever I do this it says Hardware Not Compatible. Some people said activate wifi - I am unsure how to do this, and it seems it takes forever in my car. Also the bluetooth icon is greyed out completely, on both the car and the find bluetooth when I press the phone tab. I have deleted the pairing from my phone and factory reset my car but this will not do anything.
Any help is appreciated please.
