My Peugeot App on new E3008

Just got my New E-3008 and I can’t get my app to connect at all
Removed profile deleted app and re added car and still just give me error try again

when I connect via Bluetooth just say connecting to car
And that’s all never connects
When carPlay connect it turns off the Bluetooth ;(

even via a cable I can’t get a connection ;(

any ideas

That’s all I ever get ;(


repeated about 10 time always the same issue
What’s odd is my old e2008 said e but this dose not show as E3008 ?
Reported to Peugeot also waiting for support back ;(

Had same issue on new shape hybrid just worked after 3 days

been 4 days the Plan my route works but all i get is connecting to vehicle still and the the try engine off for 5 mins then 15min journey now over and over .. hopefully it connect soon lol
