Hi all

Currently having issues with the boot on my 2010 3008 . The boot doesn't unlock or lock via the key fob, key being turned in the driver's door lock or by the internal lock button on the dash. It also doesn't open when the release button is pressed either. It's a strange one , because when I open the boot from the inside, the car will not lock, as it knows the boot is open. Also when I'm inside the car with the boot closed, if I lock the car, and open the boot from the inside without unlocking the car, the alarm goes off. So the car knows when the boot is open or closed, but the boot catch isn't getting the signal to unlock, lock or release.

Does anyone have any ideas? I've fitted a new door lock module and micro switch and it's still the same. Also done BSI reset. Oddly enough the issue started when I tried fitting an aftermarket head unit, I blew the fuse in the head unit pissing about with the wiring. But I've checked all relevant fuses in the glovebox fuse box and all are not blown.

Perplexed!!
