I insisted on a hard copy manual for my 18 plate 3008 and the dealer complied with my request. I kept it upon sale of the 18 plate and now use it for my 21 plate 3008. I doubt that it is published any more. I find the online version very good and use it quite often when I can't be bothered to go out...

There is a button by your right knee, but you'll have to read the manual to find out the method of doing it.

The only auto lock feature that I know of is if the unlock procedure is actioned by key or knurled part of front door handles and no door is upened within 30 seconds the car will re lock itself. I did hace a 2014 Mazda 3 which locked as you walked away from the car whilst the key was on your person.

Car manufacturers don't fit a full size spare wheel or any wheel at all in some cases because of the weight, so they say. However thay are quite happy to make a car with heavy batteries and other gear to give very limited electric mileage. So plug in hybrid makes no sense to me although I can accept...

I believe your local expert is correct, it is a function of the 3 cylinder engine. I'm on mt third 1.2 auto and all three have had this characteristic.

I suspect you will have to buy a new set complete with key. Just a chance maybe that Peugeot can supply a single replacement.
