Fitted new battery, then plenty of warning lights on !

Hello, all - hope someone can help. I've just fitted a new battery to my 2010 (60) 3008 1.6 HDi semi auto. Car now starts fine, but all sorts of warnings come up on the dashboard, such as "gearbox fault ", ABS fault, traction control warning lights, handbrake faulty message, etc. Also, when l lock the car all is well for a couple of minutes, after which the nsr window drops all the way down. Is there some special way of resetting the electrical systems on the car? Any help gratefully accepted!
